Hello families of Queen Mary Elementary!
Thank you so much for supporting your PAC by signing up for this event. I’m excited to share your gallery with you! The ones you see in this gallery are the best shots and I hope you enjoy each of them because you guys are AWESOME!
(1) Please sign a Print Release & Consent Form.
(2) The password for your gallery is provided for you in your gallery link. To find the filename for ordering, just click on the photo and the larger viewing window will indicate the filename on the bottom. To remember your favourites, simply “star” that image and when you are all done, use the “Favourites” icon at the top of your gallery page.
(3) To order your 8×10″ print and all other items, please use the order form. Ordering is simple! You can either choose a package or select individual print and/or digital items to customize exactly what you want. If you love your entire gallery and wish to purchase it, please email me for pricing. If you don’t see items on the list that you want to order (e.g. canvas or other enlargements), please ask!
(4) The comment box is a great place to indicate the images you’d like for your digital and/or print order.
(5) Please note that for any late orders, there will be a cost of $25 to reopen the gallery. If for any reason, you cannot make this deadline, please contact me directly at email@example.com.Please submit the form by Friday, November 20, 2015.
(6) Once I receive your order form AND consent form, I will send an invoice for your order.
(7) To minimize the physical handling of cash or cheques, payment kindly accepted and preferred via email transfer (to firstname.lastname@example.org) or credit card (Square) by November 23, 2015. Orders with late payment will not be processed.
Print Products will be delivered to the school within 2-3 weeks. Digital products will be available for download via email at a sooner date.
