Vancouver Family Photographer | Home on Indian Arm, The Patchell Family
This session. I can't even begin. It's like when I used to tell people I ride in helicopters all around the Arctic looking for diamonds and gold.
Except now, I get to ride in a boat up beautiful Indian Arm, with Heather and Tom and their four adorable littles, soaking up the scenery of our North shore "backyard". It was friggin' incredible! I mean salmon was jumping out of the water! Poor Jackson got skunked on his casts but is he ever a pro with the line.
Between the visit to Granite Falls and a stop at Heather's family's cabin that used to house the innkeepers of the historic Wigwam Inn, my favourite moment, hands down, was jumping in the water to shoot this family jumping off their boat. Moon jellies step aside, the Patchells are making waves!
It's times like this, as I'm sitting in my car still wet but wearing a big goofy smile on my face, that I have to pinch myself that this is my job :).
Heather and Tom, Thank you for treating me to such an incredible time! Tell Noah I'll get him a box of sprinkle donuts the next time I see him!
I would love to capture your unique everyday life, just as you are, and preserve those memories for days when they start to fade. So get in touch and we can start chatting about what’s important to you and your family to remember, years from now.
